Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in accordance with established protocols
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and organizational standards
  • Stay current with medical advancements and participate in ongoing professional development
Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program
  • DEA license required
  • Valid state licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner
  • 5+ years Hormone Therapy/TRT experience
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in primary care or specialty practice
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare regulations
