Sevita’s Neuro Restorative division seeks a Nursing Supervisor to lead a team of LPNs and RNs in diverse clinical settings. You will oversee nursing services, training, and coordination of care for individuals with complex medical needs.
You will supervise the Nursing Intake process, service plans, MDS, and related meetings, while driving QA and compliance under the Medical Director's guidance. Travel is required and licensure in RN or LPN is expected with CPR/First Aid certification.
