Paw Doc Surgery + Dental Center is growing and we’re looking for veterinarians who want to practice high-quality medicine in a collaborative urgent care environment, without the exhaustion and long-term burnout often associated with traditional ER medicine.
Our model is designed to bridge the gap between general practice and emergency care, giving doctors the opportunity to work up interesting cases, practice advanced medicine, and continue growing clinically while maintaining a sustainable schedule and supportive culture.
Whether you’re an experienced ER doctor ready to leave overnights behind, a GP looking for more challenging medicine, or a newer veterinarian eager to build confidence with strong mentorship, Paw Doc offers an environment where doctors are supported, respected, and empowered to thrive.
What Makes Paw Doc Different- Urgent care pace with a healthier work-life balance
