Quality Manager
The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems to ensure our products/services meet customer and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, compliance, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance and report findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards as well as customer requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar.
- Experience in conducting audits and compliance assessments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools is a plus.
