CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Regional Leasing Consultant to combine customer service, sales, and marketing skills to lease our apartment homes. You will greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, and close leases while meeting leasing goals and building rapport with residents.
Reporting to a Community Director, you will travel within the region up to 75%, support outreach programs, maintain resident databases, and ensure property curb appeal.
