Overview

Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate at Sam's Club. Base pay range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr this role supports operations in freezer, cooler, and deli areas and contributes to customer service and product integrity.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift procedures, handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Maintains the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, stocking merchandise, setting up and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation; securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.

Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing Deli products, resolving issues, and promoting the Company s products and services.

Follows Company policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, following Cold Chain procedures, cleaning the area, monitoring equipment operation, and reporting issues to Management.

Performs other duties as assigned to support the Sam s Club team and ensure a high-quality member experience.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances.
