• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team.
• Demonstrate knowledge of business on the floor, backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and sanitation.
• Prepare meat products according to established standards, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Ensure quality and date control standards for meat products; secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise; eliminate waste.
• Model high quality service and products, displaying energy, commitment, and passion.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if selected.
