Lead the operational processes to deliver sales and profits while protecting assets. Provide a well merchandised and well in-stock store by leading and supporting inventory management processes. Lead a team of well-trained team members to deliver a customer centric shopping experience. Deliver friendly customer service.

• Assist Store Manager in planning and supporting the scheduling and execution of store workload.
• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Support and participate in truck unload and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
• Achieve KPI targets; manage the team to achieve their role KPIs.
• Manage visual merchandising standards in store and execution of feature space and seasonal layouts.
• Manage and execute inventory management processes in store.
• Manage and execute merchandise operations and Omni-channel processes.
• Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
• Train, observe and coach the team to achieve results; participate in the performance management process; support Talent Development; utilize leadership competencies for self-development.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; maintain a positive and respectful demeanor, promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role model.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Acknowledge customers, help locate products and provide solutions.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes.

• Retail management leadership experience

• Ability to remain standing for long periods
• Ability to move throughout the store
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment

• Public retail store setting taking care of customers; climate controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work for tasks like retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks; frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings
