We’re passionate about music, pop culture, and creating an amazing in-store experience. We’re looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager to help lead our store and support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives.

What You'll Do

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement through promoting new products and using social media platforms.
• Provide leadership in running an operationally sound business.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide sales strategy.
• Merchandise the store in a compelling way and launch promos on time.
• Develop a high-performing and customer-focused team.

What You'll Need

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Leadership skills, including communication, recruiting, operations, and team development.
• Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your team.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing industry.
• Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
