Adhere to all local, state and federal laws, safety and food safety regulations and company guidelines.;

Handle meat department products, assist customers with questions and recommendations.;
Use and maintain equipment in the meat department (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) and ensure product quality and freshness.;
Maintain temperature logs and ensure proper labeling, stocking, and inventory of merchandise.
