JOBFUNCTION / PURPOSE
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting. This is an onsite position at our Katy Texas office 2-3 days a week.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinates and generates monthly Board and Corporate reporting packages, working closely with senior management while gaining an operational understanding of the business.
- Generates and consolidates monthly results for the entire regional and Support Services business segments with specific focus and analysis on budget/forecast actual. Partners with the Executive team and Senior Leadership on variances to plan and spend tracking.
- Supports FP & A team through B-Pack production, Trade Review slide support, Cap Ex management and tracking, CPI tracker updates, budget template development, and overall enhancements.
- Maintains HQ accounting reconciliations: insurance and wire transactions/postings, and the Risk Register for UK reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
BS Degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of experience.
TechnicalAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Net Suite, Styeline, and Microsoft Suite.
Licenses/CertificationsValid Driver’s License.

PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs.
