Member Specialist PT - FLEX

Responsibilities

• Provide member service, maintain checkout area, resolve member issues and concerns, promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Guide members on self‑service technology and process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and properly handle merchandise.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, acknowledging members, verifying membership cards, coordinating transportation of items, and ensuring a safe shopping environment.
• Assist with securing Sam's Club assets by observing potential criminal activity and reporting per policies.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, documentation, execute emergency response procedures, and comply with security and safety practices.
• Train and coach Member Frontline Services associates on processes, technology, and new program rollouts.
• Identify shrink and damages, and comply with ethics and integrity policies using the Open Door Policy.
• Prioritize assignments, collaborate with managers and partners, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change.
• Support teamwork, develop and mentor others, uphold integrity, and focus on customer and member satisfaction.

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register).

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. Premiums up to $3.00 per hour may apply.
