Job Type: Per Required Need
Work Location: Market - SS - TX - Katy
Work Travel: Up to 90 miles from home
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends not required, possible occasional weekend/holiday shifts)
Pay: $16.50 per hour, next-day pay on demand via Daily Pay, mileage reimbursement, paid drive time

Responsibilities
  • Execute in-store tasks: install and update sales floor fixtures, endcaps, and displays.
  • Perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs following plan‑ograms and client directives.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Complete required forms, images, and surveys at each job site.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
  • Participate in early‑morning and team installations (2+ people); provide solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist other team members as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
  • Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Attend training and certification programs.
  • Remain available for weekend assignments as required.
Qualifications
  • Age 18 or older (insurance requirements).
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability Monday–Friday, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Physical ability: climb ladders up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, reach overhead.
  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, email).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience preferred.
  • Installation and merchandising experience, proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to follow planogram (POG) directives.
  • Own Android or Apple mobile device for photos and data uploads.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment/shift.
  • Excellent time-management, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.
