Store Management Lead – HSTN-KATY, TX
Lead operational processes to deliver sales and profits while protecting assets. Provide a well merchandised and in‑stock store and support inventory management processes. Lead a team of well‑trained members to deliver a customer‑centric shopping experience with friendly service.
Responsibilities- Assist Store Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing store workload.
- Lead and manage adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Support truck unload and stocking processes to meet standards and budget.
- Achieve KPIs and manage the team to achieve role KPIs.
- Manage visual merchandising standards and execute feature space and seasonal layouts.
- Execute inventory management, merchandise operations, and omnichannel processes.
- Implement shrink and safety programs.
- Train, observe, and coach the team; participate in performance management and talent development.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD); acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
- Cross‑train in custom framing selling and production; assist with omnichannel processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Retail management leadership experience preferred.
Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch. Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
Work EnvironmentPublic retail store setting with climate‑controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled. Outdoor work may occur when retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press. Hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
