• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and process in‑store payments.
• Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and handle all general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Demonstrate expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment by connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable).
• Adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift up to 25‑pound boxes and move around the store continuously.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, self‑motivation, teamwork, technical knowledge, and workplace organization.

Base Pay: $15.80

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.49

Commissions are available for most positions; commissions and bonuses are awarded based on performance.
