• Assist with daily bakery operations and shift management
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Delegate tasks and follow up to ensure completion
• Lead by example in providing friendly, accurate, and efficient customer service
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Maintain bakery cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Assist with scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment
