As a Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming in‑store experience, help customers design their spaces, and build lasting relationships.

• Actively engage customers using LovingSAC selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Provide attentive service to all customers and build loyalty.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively demo, assist, and educate customers.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase, managing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining relationships.
• Conduct customer outreach using company tools and communication methods.
• Identify and resolve customer issues quickly.
• Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store by following visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations, including opening & closing, inventory, exchanges, marketing and promotions.
• Utilize company tools, sales data, and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring standards, minimizing risks, and maintaining safety.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High‑School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to effectively use technology for sales and customer support, including internal CRM systems.
• Support Lovesac’s omni‑channel customer experience and be flexible to assist in‑person or remote.
• Must be able to travel to local stores, third‑party vendors, and occasional meetings.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and sensitive data.
• Must be able to move objects (up to 75 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, crawling, and climbing.
