Part-Time Sales Stylist

Overview

Levi Strauss & Co. seeks a Store Stylist to support customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, stylists are consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and focused on delivering the ultimate experience for consumers through a variety of functions and procedures.

• Model and coach for the customer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer’s needs, consistent with Levi’s service approach.
• Promote Levi’s omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy, prioritizing consumer satisfaction; partner with store management on elevated issues.
• Efficient handling of cash and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment) while maintaining standards.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy; follow directives of store management.
• Adhere to Levi’sStores policies, procedures, and programs.

• Fashion savvy with interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a busy environment and juggling multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds; constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead; climbing ladders with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age 16.

• Pay range: $12.00 – $19.95 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
