The locations we operate are full service AT&T stores and we operate no differently than a AT&T Company owned store. Due to our growth we're looking for new Team Members to join our rapidly growing Company.

Retail Sales Manager

Estimated Total Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000+ per year with all commissions, bonuses, and hourly pay included.

Job Overview

Join our team as a Retail Sales Manager where you will be the driving force behind your location's success. You will be responsible for leading a team of Retail Sales Consultants, exceeding store sales targets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining operational excellence in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Retail Sales Consultants to consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Drive outbound calling and lead generation efforts to maximize store traffic and customer retention.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and accurate inventory management.
• Resolve escalated customer issues effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that meets AT&T brand standards.
• Conduct ongoing training on new products, services, and sales techniques.
• Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Requirements

• Wireless sales experience is a MUST.
• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of mobile devices, accessories, and wireless technology.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in sales techniques, retail math, and performance tracking.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, merchandising, and administrative tasks effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and executive leadership.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
