• Provide customers with service beyond their expectations, while showing sensitivity to their individual needs.

• Work as a team, follow direction, and collaborate with store management to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere for both employees and customers.
• Perform job‑specific duties, including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks.
• Cross‑train in each department, including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Work hard and have FUN while doing so.

• High School diploma or higher.
• Fast‑food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforce Health Department regulations and be Serv Safe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position, including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
