Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Tubs, Cabinets, Furniture … Almost Everything!

• Compensation:
  Base salary + commission + bonuses (avg annual earnings range at listed amount)

  The majority of the time doing in-field sales

• Start your day by planning your route and visiting customers on-site (:15 stops)
• Build relationships, identify needs, and schedule/secure new work
• Keep clear notes and metrics in our system and stay aligned with your Owner/Sales team
• Wrap up with light admin and prep from the office, plus weekly coaching and support

No Sales Experience

Required:

No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales background is necessary. We can teach the process; we can’t teach these traits:

• Coachable:
  Eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to follow a proven sales playbook.
• Curious:
  Comfortable asking questions and focused on serving customers by understanding their needs first.
• Detail-Oriented:
  Stays organized with routing, notes, and follow-ups.
• Preferred:
  Bilingual (English/Spanish).
