Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced B2B Lead Generator / Cold Caller to support our IT consulting and SaaS sales team. This role involves outbound calling to US-based businesses, identifying decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for senior sales consultants.
This position is ideal for professionals with strong B2B cold calling experience who are comfortable discussing technology solutions with business owners, IT managers, and operations leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to US businesses
- Identify and engage decision-makers (Owners, IT Managers, Operations Leaders)
- Qualify prospects for IT consulting, SaaS, and IT solutions
- Schedule qualified appointments for sales consultants
- Accurately log call outcomes and notes in CRM
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs (calls, connects, appointments)
- 2+ years of B2B cold calling or B2B lead generation experience
- Strong verbal English communication skills
- Prior experience calling US-based businesses
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Experience using CRM systems and dialers
- Organized, reliable, and performance-driven
- Experience in IT consulting, SaaS, or technology sales
- Familiarity with tools such as Zoom Info.
- First 3 months: On-site at our Katy, TX office
- After 3 months: Hybrid work arrangement may be offered based on performance and consistency
