We are a rapidly growing, locally owned custom window treatment company in Katy, TX. We sell high-end, premium shutters, blinds, and motorized shades. We are currently looking for hungry, resilient Appointment Setters to canvas neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and set appointments for our Senior Closers.

But we don't want you to be a Setter forever. Our goal is to pay you to learn the business. When the appointments you set result in 25 closed deals, you graduate from this role. You will enter our Outside Sales Training program, start running your own appointments, and step into a six-figure earning potential.

We believe in a safety net, but we reward performance.

• The Safety Net: $15.00/hour base pay.
• The Action Bonus: Earn a flat $25 bonus for every in-person quote you set that holds.
• The Quality Multiplier: Earn a percentage of the total invoice when your leads close.
• The Growth Override: The more deals you help close over your career here, the higher your percentage goes (from 1.0% up to 2.0% override!).

• Canvassing targeted, high-income neighborhoods in the Greater Houston / Katy area.
• Initiating conversations with homeowners about upgrading their window treatments.
• Qualifying leads and scheduling in-home design consultations for our Outside Sales team.
• Tracking your neighborhood data and lead pipeline in our CRM.

• The Hustler: You are not afraid of rejection and you don't melt in the Texas heat.
  Please note: This role requires you to be actively walking outside in the elements, so we need highly motivated individuals who are willing and physically prepared to execute door-to-door sales in the Texas weather.
• The Student: You are coachable and want to learn how to sell from industry veterans.
• The Professional: You represent a premium brand and must be articulate, presentable, and reliable.

  Experience in door-to-door sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but hunger and work ethic matter more.
