As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ade Oyejobi - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with local businesses to establish and maintain referral relationships.
- Manage and maintain the office calendar, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and follow-ups are accurately recorded and communicated.
- Conduct follow-up communications with businesses and internal teams to confirm appointments and gather necessary information.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries and referral coordination.
- Prepare and distribute scheduling reports and updates to relevant team members.
- Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining contact databases.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline scheduling processes and improve referral workflows.
