Responsibilities
  • Generate and follow up on leads with consistency and professionalism to build a strong client base.
  • Attend regular training and coaching sessions to continuously enhance your skill set and confidence.
  • Set appointments for buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all parties.
  • Nurture client relationships through phone calls, emails, and structured follow‑up systems to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date CRM to track your activity and progress toward individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and growth‑oriented environment.
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
Qualifications
  • Real Estate License required or willingness to complete licensing quickly.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating a strong ability to connect with clients and meet their needs.
