About the Opportunity

We are expanding our presence in the United States and are looking for a commercially strong SaaS Account Executive to help us open new business opportunities in the HR, recruitment, staffing, and enterprise hiring market.

This is a high-impact sales role for someone who knows how to build relationships, create pipeline, speak with decision-makers, and close deals.

Our solution is designed for organizations that want to improve how they manage recruitment, candidate screening, hiring workflows, interviews, and talent acquisition operations. As the US market continues to adopt smarter hiring technology, we are looking for someone who can help position our platform with the right companies and the right buyers.

This role is best suited for a self-driven sales professional who already understands B2B selling and can operate independently on a commission-based structure.

The Role

As a SaaS Account Executive
, you will own the full sales cycle across the US market, beginning with Houston, Texas.

You will identify target accounts, build relationships with HR and business decision-makers, introduce our recruitment technology solution, coordinate product conversations, manage proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business.

This is not a passive sales role. We are looking for someone who can create opportunities, manage follow-ups with discipline, and turn conversations into revenue.

You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to share market feedback, align on prospects, arrange product demos, and support smooth client onboarding after a deal is closed.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients across Houston and the wider US market
  • Identify and approach HR teams, recruitment agencies, staffing firms, enterprises, and growing businesses
  • Connect with CEOs, founders, HR directors, talent acquisition leaders, recruiters, and business owners
  • Generate qualified opportunities through Linked In outreach, referrals, networking, cold outreach, industry events, and personal connections
  • Run discovery conversations to understand hiring challenges, recruitment workflows, and client needs
  • Present our recruitment technology solution in a clear, consultative, and professional way
  • Coordinate product demonstrations with internal teams when required
  • Manage follow-ups, proposals, pricing conversations, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Maintain clear pipeline visibility and report activity, progress, and commercial opportunities
  • Share client feedback, market insights, competitor information, and sales learning with leadership
  • Build long-term relationships that can lead to account growth and referrals
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, business development, enterprise sales, recruitment solutions, staffing, HR technology, or professional services
  • Strong understanding of the US business market, preferably with connections in Houston, Texas
  • Ability to sell technology-driven solutions to senior decision-makers
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Confidence using Linked In and outbound outreach to generate opportunities
  • Ability to manage a structured pipeline and follow a disciplined sales process
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a commission-based role
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable sales results
Compensation

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

Compensation will be based on successfully closed deals, revenue generated, and agreed commercial terms. High performers may be considered for expanded territory, long-term leadership opportunities, and additional performance incentives.
