Bilingual (Spanish/English) Auto Inside Sales Representative

Provide insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and promote the value of GEICO policies. All without making a single cold call.
Compensation & Incentives- Base Salary: $23.00 per hour / $46,345 annually + 10% Bilingual Differential
- Performance Incentives: Earn up to an additional $60,000 annually.
- Sign‑on Bonus: $1,500 for licensed candidates (Personal Lines or Property & Casualty).

- Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience.
- Identify potential customer needs and recommend coverage solutions.
- Stay informed about GEICO products and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
- Provide customers with peace of mind by helping them choose the right coverage.
- Minimum of 1 month of customer‑facing sales experience (3+ years preferred).
- Experience in high‑volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred.
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
- High School Diploma or GED required;
College degree preferred. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
