Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle environment;
Respond to leads in a timely fashion, answer questions, provide information and guide customers from phone/internet contact to in-store experience;
Sell with confidence and negotiate terms to meet lifestyles, budgets, and expectations and close the deal;
Provide a seamless customer experience before and after purchase and transition customers to the Service department to support ownership experience
