The Sales Lead will fully immerse themselves in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will support both the Managers and Sales Associates, instrumental to the delivery of our success in-store.

• Results‑oriented selling experience with at least 2 years in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that convey care and attention to customers.
• Charm and the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Business acumen and analytical thinking that demonstrate the ability to deliver positive results.
• Mastery of time management, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
• At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Acceptance of a flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.

Salary: $14.35 per hour – $17.95 per hour, commensurate with experience.
