Our client is looking for a Sales and Operations Manager. The position is onsite located in Katy, TX.
- Salary: up to $90k + uncapped commission (OTE year: 120-250k depending on performance)
- Oversaw financial performance and profitability for U.S. operations
- Led end-to-end sales efforts, from identifying opportunities to securing partnerships
- Built and managed a high-performing regional team through hiring and leadership
- Coordinated campaign delivery to ensure smooth execution and quality outcomes
- Developed and maintained strong client partnerships, supporting long-term success
- Drove regional growth by uncovering new opportunities and structuring innovative deals
- Background in sales, operations, project coordination, or business roles
- Leadership experience or interest in managing teams
- Familiarity with production processes and quality execution
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of initiative
- Strong work ethic with the ability to manage long sales cycles
- Accountable and solution-oriented when challenges arise
