Manager Trainee (Tower Loan)

3,000.00 Sign‑On Bonus. This full‑time Manager Development Program provides hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations for 10‑12 months, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending appropriate services.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Provide support in management duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.

On‑Site. Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM with occasional extended hours, including Saturday, as needed.
