is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team.

What will you be doing?

• Prospect and develop new MDU business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain relationships with apartment owners, property management companies, developers, HOAs, and real estate stakeholders.
• Present fiber optic internet, voice, and technology solutions to decision makers and key influencers.
• Negotiate and secure exclusive or preferred service agreements with multi-dwelling properties.
• Conduct on-site property assessments to evaluate serviceability and identify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to coordinate network expansions and service installations.

What do you bring?

• 3+ years of B2B sales, telecommunications sales, or account management experience.
• Experience selling fiber optic, broadband, internet, telecommunications, or technology services preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence decision-makers at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience working with property managers, developers, landlords, or real estate professionals is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar systems.
