Overnight Security Officer – Walking Patrol (Full-Time | $14/hr.)

• $14.00 per hour
• Full-time overnight shift
• Thursday through Monday
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsible for conducting overnight walking patrols throughout the entire property, including parking areas and all residential building levels. Monitor for unauthorized occupants, property damage, vandalism, or suspicious activity and take appropriate action when needed.

• Valid Level II Non‑Commissioned (Unarmed) Security License
• Neat, professional appearance required at all times
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to work independently overnight
• Reliable transportation and working phone
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Perform continuous foot patrols across the community
• Inspect parking structures and all property levels
• Monitor for and address unauthorized individuals on the premises
• Coordinate with local authorities when necessary
• Check and secure common areas including
• Maintain a visible presence to deter incidents and promote safety
