Katy, Texas. This Part‑time position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work in a busy retail location. Pay: $22.00 per hour.

Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific procedures, retail location policies, and emergency response activities.

• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, documenting concerns and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas to deter theft, trespassing, and disorderly conduct while maintaining a visible presence.
• Interact with customers, visitors, and store associates courteously, provide directions and assistance, and support de‑escalation during customer service or loss prevention situations.

• At least 3 years combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security‑related experience.
• At least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license as required.
• Level III armed certification in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation, drug screen, and industry‑specific training as required.
• Will be considered in compliance with applicable laws for applicants with criminal histories and subject to a drug screen.
