Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Credentialing

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring entry points, and supporting security-related access control activities at the location;
Verify visitor, vendor, and employee access credentials, issue passes or badges as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry into offices, common areas, and other controlled spaces;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Monitor lobbies, entrances, parking areas, and other assigned access points through in-person presence and/or available systems, reporting unusual activity and policy violations;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, checking doors, gates, and access control points while working in environments and conditions that may vary by site
