Overview
Electrical Service Technician – Residential – Katy, TX. Join ES Residential to install, maintain and repair electrical systems in residential settings.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings.
- Handle service calls in homeowner-occupied homes.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in the field.
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Run conduit (PVC, EMT, MC, Romex) and set T-poles.
- Install panels, outlets, switches, and fixtures.
- Work independently with a company service truck.
- Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners.
- 2+ years of electrical experience.
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Experience with tools, testing equipment, and service work.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with ladders, heights, and outdoor work.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Mix of active construction sites and completed homes. Safety is always the priority.
