Job Summary
This Technician role performs preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime. The fleet primarily includes Aerial Work Platforms and general construction tools and equipment, with specialty lines that may include large‑scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Perform advanced diagnostics.
- Make complex repairs on equipment.
- Maintain safety‑focused environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
- 5+ years of Technician experience with diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC or oil & gas equipment) strongly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.

PayBase Pay Range: $23.52 - $32.34 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
