HVAC Install Helper

• Work side‑by‑side with the best installers in the industry!
• Receive hands‑on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Assist installing HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications

• Hard‑working, willing to learn
• Experience with HVAC 2 Years (Preferred)
• Enjoy working with your hands
• Interested in becoming an HVAC Technician
• Good communicator with a strong customer service focus
• Driven by rewards based on work effort and outcomes
• Mechanically inclined

Salary: $15.00 - 20.00 per hour + opportunity for commissions

• Monday to Friday
• Potential for on-call for weekends
