Pay Grade: A06
Qualifications:
- Texas Operator's License
- Two years of commercial roofing
- Torch certification
- Physically able to climb and carry ladders
- Physically able to walk or stand for 7 hours
- Ability to follow instructions (written and oral)
- Physically able to lift 50 pounds
Primary
Purpose:
Perform necessary tasks to assure water tight facilities, so that they may be safe, neat, and attractive for our students.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Equipment Used:
Nail gun, air compressor, caulking gun, torch, Leister heater, hand tools, power washer, other power equipment, measuring devices, and light truck or van.
Working Conditions:
Frequent walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching, heavy lifting and carrying. Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions; outside and inside; on slippery or uneven walking surfaces, ladders, and scaffolding; and around machinery with moving parts. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, excessive noises, fumes, and toxic chemicals. Frequent district wide travel.
