- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials or products within the facility.
- Inspect forklifts before and after use to ensure proper functionality and report maintenance needs.
- Accurately load and unload products from trailers or delivery trucks using forklifts.
- Transport goods to designated areas for storage or shipping, ensuring proper placement.
- Perform inventory control and record‑keeping tasks, such as updating inventory systems and documenting movements.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent damage to products, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, such as packing, sorting, or cleaning, as needed.
- Comply with OSHA Standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2 years of experience working in a light industrial warehouse environment
- E-commerce and 3PL forklift experience preferred handling CPG inventory (Consumer Packaged Goods)
- Proven experience as a forklift operator
- Valid forklift certification/license
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse or industrial setting
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions or directions from Team Leads and Management
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive or continuous physical demands: standing, walking, sitting, use of hands and fingers, grasping, reaching/overhead, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, stretching, pulling, pushing, using ladders, and frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm with additional mandatory overtime hours as needed during peak season
May involve exposure to loud machinery, fluctuating temperatures, and moving mechanical parts
