Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or relevant field of study preferred
Work Experiences3+ years of IBM Sterling OMS implementation and support experience
Hands-on experience with the IBM Sterling Order Management platform
Hands-on experience with Sterling Web SOM preferred
Experience in integrating Order Management system with Commerce platforms and enterprise applications
SkillsSterling Order Management development and customization experience
Sterling Web store experience customizing the store functionality
Design and develop solutions using Agile SDLC process
Collaborate with product teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver results quickly and efficiently
Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels
Proven ability to work independently with strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Experience in converting business requirements to technical solutions
Ability to learn and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance capabilities and solution delivery
Familiarity with tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Confluence, and JIRA
Ability to work in an Onshore/Offshore model
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain OMS features, integrations, and APIs.
Collaborate with product managers and QA to deliver high-quality features.
Participate in development, testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Contribute to technical design discussions and propose design solutions.
Participate in the Agile Scrum processes.
Participate in software development activities to meet schedules and timelines.
Work with internal teams, including Product, Project Management, Development, and Quality Assurance, to deliver a high-quality solution.
Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules.
