Engineer OMS

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering, or related field preferred.

• 3+ years of IBM Sterling OMS implementation and support experience.
• Hands-on experience with the IBM Sterling Order Management platform.
• Hands-on experience with Sterling Web SOM (preferred).
• Experience integrating the Order Management system with e‑commerce platforms and enterprise applications.

• Sterling Order Management development and customization.
• Sterling Web store customization.
• Design and develop solutions using the Agile SDLC process.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Ability to work independently; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in converting business requirements to technical solutions; learning new tools and technologies.

• Develop and maintain OMS features, integrations, and APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers and QA to deliver high‑quality features.
• Participate in development, testing, and code reviews.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and propose design solutions.
• Participate in Agile Scrum processes.
• Meet schedules and timelines by working with Product, Project Management, Development, and QA teams.
• Develop a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Duties may change; may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
