Driver CDL – Katy, TX

We are the makers of Oreo, Ritz Crackers, Triscuit, Sour Patch and Swedish Fish, among many other iconic snacks.

This Driver CDL role is represented by a labor union and is located at Crossdock: 30229 Highway Blvd, Katy, TX 77494. You will be delivering to a variety of retailers and warehouses, ensuring timely and safe product delivery.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Saturday, 4 days per week, 10 hours per day. Guaranteed 2 consecutive days off.
• Start time between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM; end time between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
• Total: 40 hours per week.
• Routes: intrastate or interstate.

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and conduct regular safety checks of your equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.).
• Complete daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform all duties as directed by the Route Manager or Dispatch.

• Must hold a CDL‑Class A license with at least two years of proven safe driving experience.
• Have a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal  role services a military base facility where a valid REAL , U.S. passport, or federal  required for access.
• Preferred direct store delivery (DSD) experience.
• Pass a drug test, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and background check.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse Registration is required.

• Customer‑oriented attitude with excellent support to key customers.
• Minimum one year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DOT regulations, and local, state, and federal requirements.
• Basic understanding of temperature‑controlled food transportation.
• Proficiency using a smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times; ability to use a scanner to log deliveries.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and schedules.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions.

• Hourly rate: $28.53 per hour.
