Route Driver - Micromarket

Job Summary

Route Driver – delivers products and maintains micro markets on a fixed schedule. Provides a professional image and excellent customer service, and works independently most of the day.

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro markets.
• Ensure client and customer satisfaction in all aspects of job performance.
• Follow company policies and administer them as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro markets and related equipment.
• Conduct minor service and adjustments on markets and report defective equipment to maintenance.
• Ensure trucks are properly loaded each day with all required products.
• Inform clients and customers of new products or services, and resolve service complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays and issue promotion materials.
• Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash, and product.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation per district procedures.
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized; perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Perform all job functions safely and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Preferred 1–2 years of customer‑service or related experience.
• Valid non‑CDL Class C driver’s license needed.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
• Willingness to learn material‑handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Able to work independently and be responsible for the route 98 % of the day.

• Fixed pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

Location:

2747 West Grand Parkway North, Katy, TX 77449. Full‑time schedule Monday through Saturday; hours may vary. Must have a valid driver’s license and experience with box truck driving and merchandising.
