Class A Driver

Job Summary

Med Trans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers that delivers lifesaving medical products directly to both commercial and residential customers. The Driver operates a Class A vehicle, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries to local customers.

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into the truck.
• Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route.
• Abide by Medline’s safety regulations, including wearing required safety equipment and performing necessary safety checks.
• Unload and deliver product at customer facilities, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Provide in‑person support to customers, addressing questions and providing appropriate documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with dispatch to adjust delivery routes or schedules as needed.
• Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
• Perform vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels.

• Minimum 2 years of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Class A CDL, licensed to operate assigned vehicle.
• Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for commercial motor vehicle operation.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

$24.50 – $35.50 per hour. Actual salary varies by location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
