Delivery Driver; non-CDL

White Cap is hiring an immediate Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team of dependable couriers across the country.

• Coordinate and deliver products to customer job sites.
• Follow DOT regulations and maintain vehicle safety.
• Ensure all manifests and paperwork are accurate.
• Assist warehouse staff with order pulling and preparation as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 2‑5 years of delivery or distribution driving experience.
• Possession of a DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record.

• Valid driver’s license with appropriate endorsements for the vehicle operated.
• Minimum of two years of commercial driving experience, preferably in delivery or distribution.
• Strong commitment to safety, familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Customer‑focused mindset with effective communication and professional representation.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including order pulling, shipping/receiving, and documentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
