• Receive large shipments and match the contents with the details on the invoice.
• Verify the PO or BOL making sure that the product matches the items and quantity shipped.
• Ensure that the goods are stocked safely in the warehouse.
• Document the information about the shipment like the weight of the parcel, the number of parcels, the duty charges and other parameters as well.
• Monitor the net expenses and related data for goods that are shipped to the consumers as well.
• Identify issues with shortage of merchandise, damaged, or prolong demand.
• Make adjustments to stocks accordingly.
• Maintain location-to-location transfer report.
• File freight claims with inbound freight lines.
• Record and report all inbound freight discrepancies.
• Staff and supervise the warehouse receiving team.
• Train and develop associates.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse receiving.
• Ability to handle multiple large deliveries.
• Ability to create and print invoices.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, preferably MS Outlook and MS Excel.
• Good communication skills, organizational skills for keeping records of invoices, bill of lading, PO, etc.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Proactive in taking the initiative to perform tasks as required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and follow-through skills.
• Reliable, time management, detail oriented and accurate in providing information to associates.
• Ability to utilize MHE equipment (forklift, order picker, electric pallet jack).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet cutoff periods and deadlines.

Job duties may require frequent standing and occasional need to lift or move up to 50 pounds. May encounter extreme hot or cold climates and dusty conditions while pulling product orders. May be required to work annual physical inventory.
