This is a full-time, on‑site Parts Specialist role based in Katy, TX. The Parts Specialist will manage daily parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and issuing parts to shop technicians and drivers. Responsibilities include verifying incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and entering data into inventory systems. The role involves sourcing and ordering parts from vendors, tracking deliveries, and resolving discrepancies or delays.

The Parts Specialist will also assist internal customers with parts requests, provide clear and timely communication on availability and alternatives, and support continuous improvement of parts room organization and processes.

• Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience in Inventory Management and Inventory Control, including tracking, stocking, and reconciliation.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for working with internal teams and external vendors.
• Attention to detail and basic computer proficiency (e.g., inventory or ERP systems, spreadsheets, email).
• Ability to lift and move parts as needed and work in a shop/warehouse environment safely.
• Experience in transportation, oilfield services, or industrial parts environments is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
