Warehouse Associate – Monday to Friday, 7am – 4pm
Katy, TX
OverviewCome work with Crawford Electric Supply, a leading electrical distributor in the southeast USA. In this warehouse associate role, you will receive, verify, package, and ship products to suppliers, while maintaining quality control and adhering to safety standards. You will also support loading and unloading operations and coordinate with team members in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Receive, verify, and package products for shipping (shrink wrap, boxing, labeling).
- Stage products for loading and load onto trucks.
- Unload materials from trucks and move to storage.
- Move waste to dumpsters.
- Ensure no damaged product is sent out or accepted.
- Operate within SOPs and OSHA safety standards.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (reach truck, order picker, sit‑down propane forklifts).
- Complete daily logs for PIT.
- Adhere to all processes and keep work areas clean and maintained.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience or training.
- Proficient reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Punctuality and excellent attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- PIT proficiency (reach truck, order picker, sit‑down propane). Certification a plus.
- Manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling small parts.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand, walk, and work for long periods.
