Warehouse Associate, Dock Loader Overnight
Position within Crawford Electric Supply’s warehouse operations. This overnight role focuses on the handling, packaging, and shipping of electrical products.
Responsibilities- Receive, verify, shrink wrap, box, and label products for shipping.
- Stage product for loading and move materials to and from storage areas.
- Load product onto trucks and unload materials from trucks.
- Move waste to dumpsters.
- Ensure quality control – no damaged product is sent out or accepted in.
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and OSHA safety standards.
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) – reach truck, order picker, sit‑down propane forklift.
- Complete daily PIT logs.
- Adhere to all processes and company protocols.
- Clean and maintain work areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of related experience or training.
- Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Punctuality and excellent attendance.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- PIT proficiency (reach truck, order picker, sit‑down propane). Current certification a plus.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small parts.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk or stand for long periods.
